Think of it as a little getting-to-know-you adventure for your brand. 

Before I dive into creating anything beautiful, I want to understand everything about your business, where you are now, where you’re heading, and what makes you light up inside. The Brand Discovery Form is a fun questionnaire that asks about your business story, your dream customers, your goals for the future, and the kind of look, feel, and vibe you want your brand to have. 

See it as a chance to spill all your thoughts, ideas, and big ambitions, so I can design something that truly feels like you. 

Basically: you bring the dreams, and I’ll bring the design magic. 

The creative direction stage is where I will create a mood board to help showcase a potential visual direction for your brand. This will include, colours, fonts, possibly patterns/illustrations and images to ensure they align with the strategy and your vision for the new branding. You will be required to approve this before moving onto the design stage. You will have the chance to feedback what you love most and potentially what you dislike so we can move forward confident that we both have the same vision for the next stage. (Only included in the ‘Look at Me’ and ‘Make Me Brilliant’ packages. 

My ‘Make Me Fresh’ and ‘Start Me Up’ packages omit the creative direction stage and therefore a mood board creation. Whilst I will still do my own mood boarding and research behind the scenes prior to designing for these packages, they aren’t presented to the client for feedback before the design stage. Cutting out this stage cuts down the costs for a more affordable starting package, which is the only reason I offer it. Whilst I completely back myself to create a brand in alignment with your brand goals and vision without your input, I would always encourage opting for one of the packages where it’s included for a more collaborative experience giving you the opportunity to feedback and have a bigger input into the brand vibe before it’s created. 

Your brand presentation is like the grand reveal, a full introduction to your new brand, showing every element and sharing my thoughts and reasoning behind the design choices I made for you. 

My brand packages start from £395. To secure your spot in my diary, a 50% deposit is required upfront. The remaining balance will be due before your final files are delivered. 

It all depends on my availability at the time on contact. Average wait time is 4-6 weeks but could be sooner or later.
