Kate Waddell Coaching was created to support women in building strength, confidence and long-term wellbeing through personalised, one-to-one training.

With plans to grow from private home-gym sessions into online coaching, nutrition and lifestyle support — including specialist guidance for peri-menopause and beyond — the brand needed to feel both empowering and future-proof. I designed a refined yet strong visual identity that blends softness with confidence, using a muted, feminine colour palette, elegant typography and flowing graphic elements to reflect both resilience and self-care. The branding was built to scale across digital platforms, programmes and merchandise, giving Kate a recognisable, aspirational presence that can grow alongside her evolving business.
